A fast-growing technology manufacturing company in Singapore is currently expanding its production team and looking for suitable candidates to join as Machine Operators / Production Operators.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are looking for a stable manufacturing position in Singapore and are willing to learn new skills. Previous machine operating experience or a strong technical background is not required, as training will be provided by the company.

LOCATION

SALARY
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 per month, depending on experience

Total Monthly Package: Up to $3,309 per month

The final salary and monthly package will depend on the candidate’s relevant experience, working arrangement and company requirements.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
4 Days Work / 2 Days Off

Rotational Shift Work

Candidates must be comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule according to the company’s production requirements.

1-Year Contract position also available

Contract employees may have the opportunity to be converted to a permanent position, subject to company requirements and performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s daily production operations.

Main duties may include:

• Perform production activities according to the assigned production schedule
• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Ensure all production activities are carried out according to company requirements
• Follow workplace safety rules and procedures at all times
• Perform product inspection and basic quality checks
• Check products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Identify and report production defects or quality issues to the supervisor
• Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized production area
• Follow the company’s 5S workplace practices
• Perform basic cleaning of machines and production equipment
• Assist with basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Ensure production materials and work areas are properly organized
• Complete assigned production tasks according to the daily schedule
• Work closely with supervisors and other production team members
• Support smooth and efficient daily production operations
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and operational instructions

CLEANROOM WORK ENVIRONMENT

The position requires candidates to work in a cleanroom environment.

Candidates must be comfortable wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during working hours.

Required PPE may include:

• Gloves
• Face mask
• Safety shoes
• Other protective equipment according to company requirements

Candidates should be comfortable working in a controlled and clean manufacturing environment and following strict workplace hygiene and safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• No previous machine operator experience required
• Training will be provided

• Responsible and committed to assigned duties
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Able to work as part of a production team
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Comfortable wearing PPE such as gloves, mask and safety shoes
• Willing to work rotational shifts
• Willing to work according to the 4 Days Work / 2 Days Off schedule
