JONGUIL ASIA CLEANING PTE LTD is currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Male & Female Cleaners. We are looking for motivated applicants who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and creating a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

This is a full-time position based at a condominium located near Simei, opposite Changi Hospital. Successful candidates will become part of a professional cleaning team responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

The Cleaner plays an important role in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of the condominium. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and able to carry out daily cleaning duties with care and attention to detail. Individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment and are committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas of the condominium.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, corridors, and other designated areas.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to workplace procedures.
• Clean and sanitize toilets and other shared facilities when assigned.
• Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the working day.
• Replenish cleaning supplies in designated areas whenever necessary.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and cleaning procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Male and Female applicants are welcome.
• Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR).
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties.
