Working Hours:
8:20 AM to 5:50 PM
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with weekends free for personal activities, family time, or additional commitments.

Basic Salary:
$11/hour
Monthly Gross Salary:
Approximately $2,200 to $2,400++, depending on attendance, overtime, and production requirements.
Additional overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs and business demand.

Job Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Production Operator, your daily responsibilities will include supporting the manufacturing process while ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
– Setting up production machines and equipment before production begins.
– Operating manufacturing equipment according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
– Performing simple assembly of electronic or mechanical components.
– Conducting visual inspections on products during and after production.
– Performing quality checking to ensure products meet specifications.
– Identifying defective or damaged products and reporting issues promptly.
– Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions accurately.
– Ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
– Handling products carefully to prevent damage during assembly and inspection.
– Packing completed products according to company requirements.
– Labelling products accurately before shipment.
– Recording production information whenever required.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
– Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
– Following workplace safety regulations at all times.
– Working closely with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.
– Assisting with additional production-related duties whenever required.

Quality Control Responsibilities
Employees assigned to QC or QA duties will also be responsible for:
– Conducting visual inspections on finished products.
– Checking product measurements and appearance.
– Identifying defects such as scratches, missing components, incorrect assembly, or cosmetic imperfections.
– Ensuring products comply with customer specifications.
– Recording inspection results accurately.
– Reporting quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
– Assisting with continuous quality improvement initiatives.
– Supporting corrective actions whenever production issues occur.

No prior manufacturing experience is required.
Successful applicants will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including:
