Position Details

Industry: Resort & Hotel

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates

Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day

Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 8,000

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities differ according to the position but may include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned work areas.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Greeting guests professionally and assisting with inquiries.
  • Processing guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handling reservations, payments, and administrative duties.
  • Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Following company policies, safety regulations, and UAE hospitality standards.
  • Completing assigned duties accurately and within scheduled working hours.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Age between 18 and 50 years.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing assigned responsibilities.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience is preferred for certain positions but is not mandatory for all vacancies.
  • Training may be provided for suitable candidates depending on the position.
