Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the preparation and coordination of promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
  • Represent clients professionally during marketing campaigns while maintaining a positive brand image.

  • Assist in setting up marketing materials, promotional booths, and event displays when required.
  • Ensure marketing materials are well organized and presented professionally.
  • Monitor campaign progress and report customer responses and market feedback.
  • Gather customer insights to support campaign evaluation and future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activities where required.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning discussions.
  • Support administrative duties related to marketing projects whenever necessary.
