WORKING ARRANGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Nursing Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas. Duties include routine cleaning, housekeeping, replenishing consumables, waste disposal, and other cleaning-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clean patient rooms and assigned areas according to the required cleaning schedule.
2. Maintain the cleanliness of floors, surfaces, corridors, common areas, and other facilities under the cleaning team’s responsibility.
3. Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure all assigned areas remain clean, neat, comfortable, and hygienic.
4. Clean and maintain nursing-related areas according to workplace cleaning procedures.
5. Ensure assigned areas remain clean and presentable throughout the working day.
6. Collect and dispose of waste from designated areas according to workplace procedures.
7. Replenish cleaning supplies, consumables, and other necessary items when stocks are running low.
8. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, maintained, and stored after use.
9. Report damaged facilities, faulty equipment, maintenance issues, or other problems to the supervisor or relevant team.
10. Inform the supervisor when additional cleaning attention or supplies are required.
11. Follow instructions from supervisors and perform duties according to company standards and procedures.
12. Assist with other housekeeping-related tasks when required.
13. Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
14. Work closely with other members of the cleaning team to ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained.
