POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with basic food preparation according to company procedures.
• Prepare ingredients before meal service begins.
• Refill food trays and ensure sufficient food is available throughout operating hours.
• Scoop and serve food accurately according to standard portions.
• Assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure food presentation remains neat and attractive.
• Clear dining tables after customers finish their meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times.
• Wipe and sanitize tables regularly.
• Clean serving counters and food display areas.
• Wash, organize, and arrange trays, utensils, and serving equipment when required.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food supplies.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned after use.
• Follow all Food Safety and Hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen preparation areas.
• Dispose of waste properly according to workplace procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support catering preparation whenever required.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Previous experience in kitchen, cafeteria, catering, restaurant, or Food & Beverage operations is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team.
• Punctual and committed to assigned work schedules.
