About the Role

As an Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s daily operational activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the company’s quality standards.

Even if you have never worked in logistics, warehouse operations, or administration before, you will receive proper guidance and hands-on training throughout your onboarding process.


Working Schedule

Employees work Monday through Friday, allowing you to enjoy weekends for rest and personal activities.

Day Shift

Flexible starting times are available.

  • Start work anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
  • Finish work anytime between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, providing a healthy work-life balance while maintaining consistent income.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a transparent and competitive salary structure.

Hourly Pay Rates

Basic Salary

  • $16 per hour

Overtime Rate

  • $24 per hour

Public Holiday Rate

  • $32 per hour

Employees working the standard 8-hour schedule can earn approximately:

  • $128 per working day
  • Approximately $2,560 per month based on 20 working days

Additional overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements, allowing employees to increase their monthly earnings.


Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Inspecting products before processing.
  • Sorting products according to company procedures.
  • Scanning products using barcode scanning equipment.
  • Ensuring product information is accurate.
  • Performing quality checks before products move to the next stage.
  • Recording simple operational data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Entering information accurately into company records.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area.
  • Following all operational procedures and supervisor instructions.
