Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,650 (Including allowances, attendance incentives, and performance bonuses.)
Job Responsibilities
As a Packer, you play an important role in ensuring our products are packed accurately, safely, and efficiently before they are delivered to customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Packing finished ice cream and frozen dessert products into cartons and packaging according to company standards.
- Ensuring products are properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Checking batch numbers, expiry dates, and product labels to ensure accuracy.
- Inspecting products for quality issues such as damaged packaging or manufacturing defects.
- Reporting any product irregularities or equipment problems to supervisors immediately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the packing and production areas.
- Following food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assisting with stock movement, inventory arrangement, and warehouse support during busy production periods.
- Working together with production operators, quality inspectors, and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high product quality.
No previous experience is required. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-the-job training from experienced supervisors.
Working Hours
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our shift schedule is designed to provide regular rest days while ensuring smooth production operations.
Working Hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule
- 4 Working Days
- 2 Rest Days
- Rotating Shift Schedule
Additional overtime opportunities are available during peak production periods and are paid according to company policy.
