A part-time cleaning position is currently available for candidates who are looking for flexible work in the CBD area of Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Part-Time Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and general appearance of the assigned office workplace.

General Cleaning Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties within the assigned office tower.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas.
• Remove dust, dirt and rubbish from the workplace.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure assigned areas remain neat and presentable.
• Follow the cleaning instructions provided by the supervisor or person in charge.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks during the scheduled working hours.
• Assist with other general cleaning duties when required.

Washroom Cleaning

• Wash and maintain designated washroom areas.
• Clean washroom floors and surfaces.
• Remove dirt and stains from assigned areas.
• Maintain proper hygiene standards within washrooms.
• Ensure washrooms are kept clean and presentable.
• Carry out regular cleaning according to workplace requirements.
• Report any issues requiring attention to the supervisor.

Floor Cleaning

• Sweep designated floor areas.
• Mop floors thoroughly.
• Remove dust, dirt and other debris.
• Clean areas that require additional attention.
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors throughout the assigned workplace.
• Follow the required cleaning procedures and instructions.

Workplace Cleanliness

• Keep the office workplace clean and tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness in common and designated areas.
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Ensure the assigned workplace is maintained to an acceptable standard.
• Carry out additional cleaning tasks when instructed.
• Work responsibly and complete assigned duties properly.

TRAINING PROVIDED

Candidates do not need previous experience in professional cleaning work.

Training will be provided on the first day of work. New workers will be guided on the required cleaning duties and workplace procedures so they can understand what is expected during the shift.

Candidates should be willing to learn, follow instructions and perform the assigned duties according to the required standards.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

Cleaning equipment required for the assigned duties will be provided.

Gloves and other necessary cleaning equipment will be available for use during work. Candidates therefore do not need to have previous professional cleaning equipment or experience before applying.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be responsible, hardworking and willing to perform cleaning duties in an office environment.
