Position Summary

The Part-Time F&B Service Crew is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. The successful candidate will assist in serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, supporting daily operational activities, and ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

This position requires individuals who are proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to perform duties including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements whenever required.
  • Serve food and beverages accurately according to company standards.
  • Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality service.
  • Clear tables, trays, utensils, and used crockery efficiently.
  • Reset dining tables for incoming customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all dining areas.
  • Replenish beverages, snacks, condiments, disposable items, and service stations.
  • Ensure drinks and snack stations remain fully stocked throughout operating hours.
  • Support the kitchen and service team during peak meal periods.
  • Assist with simple food preparation whenever required.
  • Handle basic customer requests professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Observe workplace safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Report any operational issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties.
  • Support inventory replenishment whenever required.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members.
  • Carry out any other operational or ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Working Hours

Candidates may choose from the following available shifts depending on operational requirements:

Shift 1 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Shift 2 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Shift 3 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Flexible scheduling is available, allowing suitable candidates to choose shifts based on availability and operational needs.

Salary

  • SGD $13–$14 per hour
  • Earn up to SGD $126 per shift depending on working hours
