Working Schedule: 5 Days per Week
Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3,400 (Inclusive of Overtime)

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to offices, meetings, appointments, schools, airports, shopping centres, restaurants, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs while managing daily travel schedules efficiently.
• Plan the most suitable travel routes by considering traffic conditions, road closures, weather, and travel time to minimize delays.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring that both the interior and exterior are clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip, including checking fuel levels, tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, lights, brakes, windscreen wipers, and other essential safety components.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs whenever required to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Keep accurate records of servicing schedules, maintenance activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related documentation when necessary.
• Refuel the vehicle as required and ensure sufficient fuel is always available for scheduled journeys.
• Follow all Singapore traffic regulations, speed limits, and road safety requirements at all times.
• Drive carefully and responsibly while prioritizing passenger comfort and safety throughout every journey.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal information, schedules, business activities, and private matters.
• Be flexible with working hours whenever necessary to accommodate changes in travel arrangements or schedules.
• Provide assistance with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, shopping items, or other materials whenever required.
• Perform additional driving-related duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Company Driver, Executive Driver, Family Driver, or Chauffeur is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, expressways, business districts, residential areas, and major landmarks.
• Familiar with GPS navigation systems and capable of selecting efficient travel routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Calm, patient, and courteous when dealing with passengers and road situations.
• Physically fit and capable of handling daily driving responsibilities.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Non-smoker is preferred.
• Willing to work overtime when operational requirements arise.
