Rest Days: Sunday, Public Holiday and one weekday

JOB OVERVIEW

Amped Lab Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Packer to join its telemedicine clinic fulfillment and operations team.

This position focuses mainly on backend pharmacy fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, picking, packing and labeling prescription medications according to customer orders while ensuring that every order is handled accurately and carefully.

This is a 100% backend fulfillment position, meaning there is no front-facing customer service requirement. Candidates who prefer working behind the scenes in a structured pharmacy or fulfillment environment may find this position suitable.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment

• Accurately pick prescription medications and pharmacy products according to orders.
• Pack medications and other pharmacy items according to established procedures.
• Ensure that the correct products and quantities are prepared for each order.
• Check labels and order information carefully before completing the packing process.
• Handle medications and pharmacy supplies responsibly.
• Ensure completed orders are properly organized and ready for fulfillment.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Check product expiry dates regularly.
• Organize pharmacy supplies according to internal procedures.
• Receive incoming pharmacy supplies and ensure items are properly stored.
• Assist with maintaining an accurate and organized inventory system.

Administrative Duties

• Update internal system databases with relevant stock and order information.
• Maintain accurate records related to pharmacy fulfillment activities.
• Organize and maintain administrative paperwork and filing systems.
• Follow established procedures when entering information into internal systems.
• Assist the operations team with general administrative and fulfillment tasks when required.

Workplace and Dispensary Upkeep

• Keep the fulfillment and dispensary areas clean and organized.
• Ensure products and supplies are stored in their appropriate locations.
• Maintain a neat and safe working environment.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and operational requirements.
• Support the team in maintaining proper standards within the fulfillment center.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec or Diploma qualification.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use internal computer systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures carefully.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week, including Saturday.
• Previous experience in a clinic, pharmacy, healthcare or fulfillment environment will be an advantage.
• Candidates without previous pharmacy experience may also be considered.
• On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

WHO MAY BE SUITABLE FOR THIS POSITION?

This position may be suitable for candidates who are interested in pharmacy operations, healthcare support, order fulfillment, inventory management or backend operations.

Candidates who have good attention to detail, basic computer skills and the ability to work systematically may be considered even if they do not have extensive pharmacy experience, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a structured environment where accuracy is important, particularly when handling medication orders, inventory records and product information.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The position is based in a backend fulfillment center supporting telemedicine clinic operations.

Employees will primarily focus on pharmacy fulfillment, packing, inventory and administrative duties rather than direct customer service.

The workplace is conveniently located approximately five minutes on foot from MacPherson MRT Station, providing easy access by public transportation.
