JOB OVERVIEW
As a Pharmacy Retail Associate / Supplement Promoter, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable health and wellness products based on their needs. You will also support daily store operations, maintain product displays, and ensure a clean and organized retail environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
You will be working in a retail pharmacy environment with a structured shift system. The working schedule follows a five-day work week arrangement, which includes rotating shifts depending on store operations.
The workplace emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and customer care standards. Employees are expected to maintain a neat, organized, and customer-friendly store environment at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable items based on their needs
Provide clear explanations on product usage, benefits, and key ingredients
Ensure customers receive accurate and responsible information
Product Knowledge and Recommendation
Learn and understand a wide range of pharmacy retail products including supplements, vitamins, herbal products, skincare, and personal care items
Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and health concerns
Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and product information provided by the company
Retail Operations
Maintain proper shelf display and ensure products are well organized
Ensure sufficient stock levels and assist in restocking when necessary
Check product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation procedures are followed
Support store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Sales and Promotions
Assist in executing promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities
Engage customers actively during product promotions
Contribute to achieving store sales targets through service excellence
Inventory Support
Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries
Support inventory tracking and reporting when required
Ensure proper storage and handling of products according to company guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification of GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent
Prior experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory
Strong interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and personal care products
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge continuously
Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a structured retail environment
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
