Production Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

A well-established Skin Care Manufacturing Company in Singapore is expanding its operations and is looking for dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our production team. Near Aljunied MRT, Singapore

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Five-day work week

Salary

SGD 1,500 – SGD 2,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, employment arrangement, and overall suitability for the position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the production department to ensure products are manufactured efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the daily production of skin care and cosmetic products.
• Prepare raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies before manufacturing begins.
• Operate basic production equipment according to company procedures.
• Perform packing, labeling, sealing, and palletizing of finished products.
• Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist in inventory handling, stock movement, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare products for delivery and distribution.
• Maintain accurate production and packing records when required.
• Provide simple administrative support for the production department.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and packing areas.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and company policies.
• Report production issues, damaged materials, or equipment problems to supervisors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support operational needs.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualities:

• No previous experience is required.
• Training will be provided for successful candidates.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow work instructions accurately.
• Physically fit to perform standing, packing, and light lifting duties.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
