Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Estimated Gross Salary: Around $2,130 per month before overtime

Actual monthly earnings may vary depending on the applicable allowances, attendance, shift arrangements, overtime hours, and other company conditions.

ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS

In addition to the monthly gross salary, the position provides several additional benefits:

Full Attendance Allowance: $350

Employees who meet the applicable attendance requirements may receive a full attendance allowance of $350.

Flexi Benefits: $300

Flexi benefits of $300 are available for the 6-month contract period, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Transport Allowance: $150 per month

A transport allowance of $150 per month is provided.

Shift Incentive: $50 per month

A shift incentive of $50 per month is available.

Overtime Opportunities

Overtime may be available depending on production requirements and operational needs. Additional overtime earnings are subject to the company’s applicable overtime arrangements and policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations involving medical products.

Main duties include:

1. Handling medical products such as dialysis solutions and IV sets.
2. Packing finished products according to production requirements.
3. Sorting and arranging products.
4. Performing simple assembly tasks.
5. Inserting tubing into medical bags.
6. Carrying out production line duties.
7. Following standard operating procedures and production instructions.
8. Ensuring products are handled carefully and according to established procedures.
9. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the production area.
10. Performing general housekeeping duties.
11. Following workplace safety rules and company regulations.
12. Working together with other production team members to achieve daily production requirements.
13. Following instructions from supervisors and production leaders.
14. Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The position is based in an air-conditioned cleanroom environment.

The workplace is designed to maintain a clean and controlled production environment because employees will be involved in the handling and production of medical-related products.

The job may involve a combination of standing and sitting activities depending on the assigned production tasks.

Safety attire will be provided by the company as required for the work environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment and following the required workplace hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

PRODUCT HANDLING

The role involves handling medical products such as:

• Dialysis solutions
• IV sets
• Medical bags
• Tubing and related medical components

The products handled can weigh up to approximately 7 kg.

Candidates should therefore be comfortable with light to moderate handling activities as required by the assigned production duties.

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT

Transportation is provided for employees.

Pickup and drop-off point: Kranji MRT

CONTRACT INFORMATION

The initial employment contract is for 6 months.

Depending on business requirements, work performance, attendance, and other company considerations, the contract may be extended.
