Production Operator / Packer

Job Requirements

- Previous factory or production experience is not necessary.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to all newly hired employees.

- Physically fit and capable of performing light to moderate production duties.
- Comfortable standing and walking during working hours.
- Able to work carefully while maintaining productivity.

Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will become part of the production department and will perform various daily manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:
- Assist with daily sunflower oil production activities.
- Operate basic production equipment under the supervision of experienced team leaders.
- Pack finished sunflower oil bottles and containers according to company standards.
- Label and seal products accurately before shipment.
- Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
- Prepare packaging materials before production begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the production area.
- Follow food safety procedures and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
- Support inventory movement and product handling when required.
- Assist with loading production materials into designated workstations.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors whenever necessary.
The work is straightforward, repetitive, and designed to be easy to learn. Full training will be provided, allowing new employees to quickly become confident in their responsibilities.
