Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing of precision medical products that support healthcare services worldwide. Your responsibilities include:

• Assemble precision medical products according to detailed work instructions and company procedures • Perform careful inspection of products to ensure they meet strict quality standards • Pack completed products accurately and prepare them for shipment • Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment safely after receiving training • Carry out routine quality inspections throughout the production process • Identify and report any defects or production abnormalities to supervisors • Maintain accurate production records when required • Ensure all workstations remain clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards • Follow all company policies, manufacturing procedures, and safety regulations • Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage • Work closely with technicians, engineers, supervisors, and fellow production operators to ensure smooth daily operations • Meet daily production targets while maintaining excellent product quality and accuracy • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace efficiency

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:

• No prior experience is required • Full training will be provided • Good eyesight and strong attention to detail • Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately • Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours • Physically fit to perform production duties • Able to work independently as well as part of a team • Responsible, reliable, punctual, and committed to work • Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills • Able to work a 6-day work week • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, electronics, or factory environments will be an advantage but is not mandatory

Working Hours

This position operates on fixed 8-hour shifts. Candidates may choose their preferred shift depending on availability.

Morning Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
