Crescent General Contractor Pte Ltd is currently looking for dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Refuse Collector cum Cleaning Staff. As a Refuse Collector cum Cleaning Staff, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment by carrying out refuse collection and general cleaning duties. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to work. Previous experience is an advantage, but candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and remove refuse, rubbish, and waste materials from designated collection points.
• Transport waste to the appropriate disposal areas while following company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning of compounds, outdoor areas, walkways, and surrounding premises.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Empty waste bins and replace bin liners when required.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Use cleaning equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and proper waste disposal procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Carry out additional cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to follow company rules, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Previous experience in refuse collection, cleaning, or general labour is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
