Key Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of all restaurant operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Daily Restaurant Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth business activities.
  • Supervise opening, closing, and shift operations according to company procedures.
  • Ensure all operational processes are consistently executed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate daily workflow between service and kitchen teams.
  • Monitor customer flow and allocate manpower effectively during peak periods.
  • Assist with operational duties such as order taking, cashiering, reservation handling, serving food and beverages, and daily sales reconciliation whenever operationally required.
  • Ensure operational efficiency throughout every service period.

Customer Experience

Food Quality Management

Food Safety, Hygiene and Compliance

You will ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations relating to food safety and workplace standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring restaurant cleanliness throughout operating hours.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Conducting regular cleaning inspections.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Monitoring pest control procedures.

Inventory and Stock Management

Effective inventory management plays an important role in maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting monthly stock counts.

  • Ordering restaurant supplies.

  • Verifying received goods.
  • Preventing inventory shortages.

  • Ensuring proper storage of all products.

Financial Management

The Restaurant Manager will assist in monitoring business performance through accurate reporting and financial control.
