URGENT HIRING – RESTOCKER / CASHIER / PICKER

Location: Multiple Locations Across Singapore

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Contract

Salary:

  • SGD $2,200–$2,400 per month
  • Hourly Rate: SGD $12.50–$12.80
  • Public Holiday Rate: Up to SGD $25 per hour

We are currently expanding our retail operations and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Restockers, Cashiers, and Pickers. Successful applicants may be assigned to any of the following locations based on operational requirements and availability.

East Region

North Region

  • Thomson Plaza

North-East / Central Region

  • Poiz Centre
  • VivoCity

Additional retail outlets across Singapore may also be available depending on manpower requirements.

Employment Duration

Applicants may choose from different employment arrangements.

Available options include:

  • Immediate commencement
  • Short-term assignments
  • Long-term assignments
  • Minimum commitment of 2 to 3 months
  • Opportunities available until 31 December 2026

Working Schedule

Working Days

  • Six working days each week

Working Hours

  • Seven and a half working hours each day
  • Forty-five minutes meal break

Rotating Shift Schedule

Employees may be scheduled for one of the following shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift allocation will be determined by operational requirements.

Position 1 – Restocker

The Restocker plays an important role in ensuring products are always available and displayed neatly for customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Replenish products on shelves throughout the day
  • Arrange merchandise according to company standards
  • Monitor stock availability
  • Ensure shelves remain fully stocked
  • Check product expiry dates where applicable
  • Remove damaged or unsuitable products
  • Maintain attractive product displays
  • Assist with stock movement from the storeroom
  • Support inventory control activities
  • Keep aisles clean and organised
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled
  • Assist supervisors with daily operational duties
  • Report low stock levels when necessary
  • Follow workplace safety procedures

Position 2 – Cashier

Cashiers are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth payment transactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate self-checkout stations
  • Assist customers during payment
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments
  • Resolve basic payment issues
  • Answer customer enquiries politely
  • Maintain a professional attitude
  • Ensure accurate transactions
  • Balance cash where required
  • Promote a positive shopping experience
  • Keep checkout counters clean and organised
  • Work closely with other team members
  • Follow company operating procedures

Position 3 – Picker

Pickers ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pick products according to customer orders
  • Verify item quantity and quality
  • Prepare orders for packing
  • Ensure correct products are selected
  • Handle products carefully
  • Complete picking tasks within required timelines
  • Support warehouse and retail operations
  • Maintain accuracy in order preparation
  • Report missing or damaged items
  • Follow inventory procedures
  • Assist with stock organisation when required
