We are urgently recruiting Security Officers, Security Supervisors, and Senior Security Officers for immediate deployment at selected transport, logistics, and other key sites across Singapore.

Multiple vacancies are currently available for different ranks and shifts. Candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as the available positions are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND VACANCIES

1. SECURITY OFFICER – WOODLANDS NORTH

Location: RTS – Woodlands North

Position: Security Officerr

Day Shift:
34 vacancies available

Night Shift:
58 vacancies available

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining security and safety at the assigned site, controlling access, monitoring visitors, conducting regular patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding appropriately to incidents when required.

2. SECURITY SUPERVISOR – EAST REGION

Location: East Region

Position: Security Supervisor

Day Shift:
3 vacancies available

Security Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supporting the security team, monitoring site activities, ensuring proper procedures are followed, and assisting with incident management and reporting.

3. SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER – WEST REGION

Location: West Region

Position: Senior Security Officer

Night Shift:
2 vacancies available

Senior Security Officers will assist in maintaining smooth security operations, supervising site activities when required, conducting security checks, monitoring the assigned premises, and ensuring that security procedures are properly followed.

SALARY AND EARNINGS

Salary: SGD $3,090 – $3,600 per month

Candidates may have the opportunity to earn up to SGD $3,600 per month depending on the assigned position, working arrangements, overtime, and applicable allowances.

Additional earning opportunities may include:

• Overtime payments
• Applicable site allowances
• Shift-related allowances
• Completion bonus of up to SGD $4,500
• Annual performance bonus

COMPLETION BONUS

Eligible employees may receive a completion bonus of up to SGD $4,500, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

TRAINING AND COURSES

Required WSQ Security Courses will be sponsored for eligible candidates.

This provides candidates with the opportunity to obtain the required security-related training and qualifications while preparing for deployment at the assigned site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing visitor registration at the assigned premises
• Checking and verifying visitor information
• Controlling access to designated areas
• Monitoring entry and exit points
• Ensuring only authorised personnel are allowed to enter restricted areas
• Conducting regular security patrols
• Checking assigned areas and facilities
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Using digital applications and security monitoring systems
• Observing and reporting suspicious activities
• Responding to incidents according to site procedures
• Preparing and submitting incident reports
• Maintaining accurate security records
• Assisting with crowd and visitor management when required
• Providing professional assistance to visitors and members of the public
• Supporting daily security operations
• Following all site security procedures and instructions
• Maintaining a high level of alertness during working hours
• Escalating security incidents to the appropriate personnel
• Assisting supervisors and management with security-related matters

SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Officers will be expected to maintain a professional presence at the assigned site and ensure that daily security procedures are properly followed.

Typical responsibilities may include access control, visitor management, security patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, responding to security concerns, and assisting visitors when necessary.

Officers must remain attentive during their shifts and follow all instructions and procedures provided by the site management.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Supervisors will take on additional responsibilities related to the coordination and supervision of security operations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervising security personnel
• Monitoring daily site operations
• Ensuring officers follow site procedures
• Conducting regular checks
• Assisting with shift coordination
• Handling operational issues
• Supporting incident management
• Ensuring proper documentation and reporting
• Liaising with relevant site personnel when required

SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Security Officers may be required to support the overall security team and assist with maintaining smooth operations at the assigned site.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting Security Supervisors
• Conducting security patrols
• Monitoring site activities
• Assisting with access control
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Responding to incidents
• Preparing reports
• Assisting junior security officers
• Ensuring site procedures are followed

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should meet the following basic requirements:

• Minimum Secondary 2 education
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Alert and attentive while on duty
• Responsible and dependable
• Able to follow security procedures and instructions
• Able to communicate professionally with visitors and site personnel
• Willing to work shifts
• Willing to work day or night shifts depending on the assigned position
• Valid PRD License holders are welcome
• Candidates available for immediate deployment are encouraged to apply

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The available positions are located at selected transport, logistics, and other key operational sites across Singapore.

Depending on the assigned position, employees may be required to work day shifts or night shifts.
