URGENT HIRING – SECURITY OFFICERS
Location: Island-wide, Singapore (Multiple Work Sites Available)

WORK LOCATION
Successful candidates may be deployed to various locations across Singapore depending on operational requirements. Multiple work sites are available, allowing employees to work closer to suitable assigned locations whenever possible.
WORK SCHEDULE
Rotation Schedule:
• 3 Working Days followed by 1 Rest Day.
• 4 Working Days followed by 1 Rest Day.
There are no fixed rest days.
Working Hours:
• 12-hour shifts.
Shift Options:
• Permanent Day Shift (subject to availability).
• Permanent Night Shift (subject to availability).
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Singapore Citizens only.
• Minimum Secondary 2 education.
• No previous security experience required.
• Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced Security Officers are also welcome.
• Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Responsible and disciplined.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physically fit to perform routine security duties.
• Able to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Security Officer, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conduct routine security patrols around the assigned premises.
• Perform clocking duties according to the assigned patrol schedule.
• Carry out access control for visitors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.
• Verify visitor identities and issue visitor passes where required.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report suspicious activities immediately.
• Ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Enforce security procedures, company policies, and site regulations.
• Assist during emergency situations including evacuations and crowd management.
• Monitor unauthorized access and prevent security breaches.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management, emergency responders, and relevant authorities whenever necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.
• Attend daily briefings and comply with operational instructions.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
