We are currently seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Data & Marketing Executive. About the Role

The Senior Data & Marketing Executive is responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting business data that supports informed decision-making. Beyond reporting, you will also contribute to planning and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, generating qualified business leads, and identifying opportunities to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert complex information into practical recommendations for management and business stakeholders.

You will work closely with sales teams, marketing professionals, management, and other internal departments to ensure accurate reporting, successful campaign execution, and continuous business improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and organise business data from multiple sources.
  • Generate accurate business reports for management.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Maintain reporting systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Present findings in a clear and understandable format.
  • Monitor key business performance indicators.
  • Support management with strategic business recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist management with forecasting and business planning.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities to support business growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance using measurable KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
  • Support customer acquisition strategies.
  • Improve reporting efficiency through automation where applicable.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and business discussions.
  • Ensure reports are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Assist in improving internal reporting processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and business data.
  • Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant working experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Support, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, charts, formulas, and advanced reporting.
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and business reporting.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems or ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and campaign reporting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data interpretation.
