Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you will help ensure customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist customers with menu selections.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and pack food orders according to company standards.
• Ensure every order is complete before serving customers.
• Operate the cashier and process payments accurately.
• Handle cash and cashless payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Clean tables, counters, service stations, and work areas.
• Restock ingredients, packaging materials, beverages, and supplies.
• Assist with food preparation when required.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates.
• Assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
• Ensure customers receive fast and friendly service.
• Handle customer enquiries politely.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors.
