• Rotating shifts according to the outlet schedule

We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing F&B team. Multiple vacancies are available across 15 outlets in Singapore, giving successful applicants the opportunity to work at a location that is most convenient for them, subject to manpower requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Service Crew

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Answer customer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Kitchen Crew

• Prepare ingredients before meal service.
• Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking.
• Follow company recipes and food preparation procedures.
• Ensure food quality meets company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with stock replenishment when required.

Food Runner

• Deliver food from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately.
• Check that every order is complete before serving.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station.
• Support the service team whenever necessary.

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the washing area clean and hygienic.
• Dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties.
• Ensure sufficient clean kitchen equipment is always available.

Receptionist

• Welcome customers upon arrival.
• Handle reservations and walk-in customers.
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer telephone enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Training provided.
• Responsible and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
• Physically fit and able to perform operational duties.
