SUBWAY is currently hiring Service Crew for both Full-Time and Permanent Part-Time positions at several convenient locations in Singapore.

This is a good opportunity for individuals who are looking for a stable position in the Food & Beverage industry, as well as candidates who want to gain valuable experience in customer service, food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Service Crew
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Part-Time
Full-Time Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month
Part-Time Rate: $12.80 per hour

Working Days:
5–6 days per week

Working Hours:
6–7 hours per day

Working Timing:
3:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Weekend Availability:
Candidates must be willing and able to work on weekends. Public Holiday availability may also be required, especially when Public Holidays fall on weekends.

1. Buangkok Kopitiam City
   Conveniently located near Buangkok MRT.
2. Canberra Plaza
   Conveniently located near Canberra MRT.
3. SMU
   Convenient locations around Bras Basah, Bencoolen and Dhoby Ghaut MRT.

Applicants may be assigned to an available outlet based on operational requirements and vacancy availability.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Service Crew member at SUBWAY, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the outlet and providing customers with friendly, efficient and professional service.

You will receive training and guidance on the required procedures, making this position suitable for candidates who have little or no previous Food & Beverage experience.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Preparation

• Prepare sandwiches and food items according to SUBWAY standards.
• Prepare and arrange ingredients for daily operations.
• Ensure ingredients are handled and stored properly.
• Maintain food quality and freshness.
• Follow food preparation and hygiene procedures.
• Ensure food items are presented according to company standards.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with their selections and requests.
• Answer basic customer enquiries.
• Ensure customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Cashiering

• Handle cashiering duties.
• Process cashless and other customer payments.
• Ensure transactions are accurate.
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing cashier duties when required.

Outlet Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and work areas.
• Clean food preparation areas and workstations.
• Keep dining and service areas neat and organized.
• Clean and maintain equipment according to company procedures.
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.

Stock and Supplies

• Assist with receiving and arranging supplies.
• Restock ingredients and packaging materials.
• Monitor stock levels during operations.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Inform the supervisor when additional supplies are required.

Team Support

• Work closely with other Service Crew members.
• Assist teammates during busy operating periods.
• Support smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Complete other reasonable duties related to outlet operations.

COMPANY STANDARDS

All Service Crew members are expected to follow SUBWAY’s standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, workplace rules and hygiene standards.

Employees are expected to maintain a clean working environment, handle food responsibly, provide good customer service and work together as a team to ensure smooth outlet operations.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

No previous F&B experience is required.

Training will be provided to successful candidates so that they can learn the required food preparation, customer service, cashiering and outlet operation procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• PSLE and above are welcome to apply.
• No previous F&B experience is required.
• Training will be provided.

PART-TIME POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Please note that the Part-Time position is for PERMANENT Part-Time employment.

Applicants must be able to commit to the required working schedule and should be available for approximately 5–6 days per week, with working hours of around 6–7 hours per day.

The usual working timing is from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Weekend availability is required.

This position is not intended for short-term or temporary employment.
