SERVICE CREW VACANCIES – FULL-TIME & PART-TIME | EARN UP TO SGD $2,400 PER MONTH | MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS SINGAPORE

A well-established Food & Beverage (F&B) company in Singapore is currently hiring enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated individuals to join the team as Service Crew. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available across multiple outlets in Singapore. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and building a stable career in the F&B industry.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be provided. During the training period, employees will learn customer service standards, restaurant operating procedures, food hygiene and safety practices, basic food and beverage preparation, and effective teamwork skills. The training is designed to ensure that every employee is fully equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet the company’s service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with placing food and beverage orders.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare basic food items such as soups, toast, and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, service area, and workstation at all times.
• Assist in ensuring restaurant supplies and equipment are well maintained.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to provide a pleasant dining experience.
• Follow all company procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the restaurant management.

Full-Time Working Schedule:

• 5 working days per week.
• Approximately 47 working hours per week.
• 2 rest days every week.
• No split shifts, providing a more comfortable and consistent work schedule.

Available Shift Options:

• Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Dinner Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Part-Time positions are available with flexible working schedules based on operational requirements.

Salary & Earnings:

• Earn up to SGD $2,400 per month for Full-Time positions, including overtime pay (depending on experience and performance).
• Part-Time salary starts from SGD $11.45 per hour.

The company is looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, honesty, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
