Salary Package

Basic Monthly Salary: SGD $2,000 – SGD $2,700

Work Location

Successful candidates will be deployed to various Healthcare Polyclinics located across the West Region of Singapore.

Deployment location will be assigned based on operational requirements and manpower needs.


Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Office Hours with rotating shifts between:

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Examples include:

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Other office-hour shifts as assigned by management

Saturday

Rotating Half-Day Shift

Examples include:

  • 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Latest finishing time is approximately 1:30 PM depending on operational requirements.

Employees are expected to follow the assigned roster.


Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Pharmacy Storekeeper, you will be responsible for supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring medications and medical supplies are received, stored, monitored, documented, and distributed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive deliveries of medications, pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, healthcare consumables, and general supplies.
  • Verify delivery quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Inspect all incoming products for damages, shortages, discrepancies, defects, or incorrect items.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards before acceptance.
  • Record all inventory transactions accurately within inventory management systems.
  • Label, sort, organize, and arrange inventory according to pharmacy storage requirements.
  • Store medications under appropriate environmental conditions according to healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels daily to ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • Track expiry dates of medications and medical supplies.
  • Practice First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory management.
  • Identify products approaching expiry and report accordingly.
  • Coordinate replacement or replenishment of inventory.
  • Perform stock replenishment activities for pharmacy shelves and storage areas.
  • Prepare medications and medical supplies for internal distribution.
  • Support pharmacy operations by ensuring requested items are issued promptly.
  • Pick and pack inventory accurately based on internal requests.
  • Prepare supplies for delivery to various healthcare departments.
  • Conduct regular stock counting exercises.
  • Participate in scheduled inventory audits.
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
  • Process damaged goods according to company procedures.
  • Handle expired medications in accordance with healthcare disposal guidelines.
  • Process product returns following organizational procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage facilities.
  • Ensure shelving systems remain neat and properly labelled.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
  • Comply with healthcare regulations relating to medication storage.
  • Ensure inventory records remain complete and accurate.
  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy personnel whenever operational support is required.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams regarding incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Communicate inventory shortages promptly.
  • Support implementation of inventory improvement initiatives.
  • Assist during system inventory updates and stock migration exercises.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain confidentiality of pharmacy operations.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
