URGENT HIRING – STOREKEEPER (SINGAPORE)

Position

  • Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant
  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • 1-Year Contract (renewable or convertible to permanent based on performance)

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,500 per month

Working Hours

5.5 Days per Week

Monday – Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday

  • 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Sunday & Public Holidays

  • Off

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Pick and pack goods according to customer orders.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Organize and arrange inventory neatly within the warehouse.

Receiving Goods

  • Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers.
  • Check quantities and inspect item conditions.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase and delivery documents.

Issuing & Dispatch

  • Prepare goods for dispatch accurately.
  • Ensure all outgoing items match requested quantities.
  • Support smooth and timely delivery operations.

Inventory Management

  • Label, sort, and store products properly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage area.
  • Follow company inventory procedures.

Stock Control

  • Conduct routine inventory checks.
  • Participate in stock-taking exercises.
  • Report stock shortages or discrepancies promptly.

System & Documentation

  • Update inventory records using EMS/ERP systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Maintain proper filing and warehouse documentation.

General Duties

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
  • Comply with company policies and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Open to male and female applicants.
  • No experience required (training provided).
  • Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Physically fit for light warehouse duties.
  • Willing to learn company procedures and systems.
