Salary
Retail Assistant / Cashier / Counter Assistant / Bar Assistant
Gross Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 2,636 per month
Supervisor – Fulfilment From Store (FFS)
Gross Monthly Salary: From SGD 3,194 per month
The final salary offered will depend on the position, relevant work experience, qualifications, and company assessment.
Retail Assistant / Cashier Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the supermarket and ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) cashiering system accurately. • Process cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment transactions. • Pack customers’ purchases carefully and efficiently. • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with enquiries. • Recommend products and provide basic product information when required. • Replenish merchandise on shelves according to store standards. • Arrange products neatly and maintain attractive product displays. • Monitor product quality and check expiry dates regularly. • Remove damaged or expired products from display shelves. • Assist with receiving incoming deliveries. • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles. • Organize inventory in storage rooms. • Maintain stock accuracy and proper storage procedures. • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor. • Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines. • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or store management.
Supervisor – Fulfilment From Store (FFS)
The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the online grocery fulfilment department to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervise daily fulfilment operations. • Coordinate online grocery order processing. • Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately. • Monitor productivity and operational efficiency. • Lead, coach, and motivate fulfilment team members. • Schedule manpower according to operational requirements. • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement. • Ensure accurate inventory records. • Coordinate with different store departments to resolve operational issues. • Handle customer enquiries related to online grocery orders. • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. • Prepare operational reports when required. • Support continuous process improvement initiatives. • Maintain workplace safety and operational standards.
Requirements
Retail Assistant / Cashier / Counter Assistant / Bar Assistant
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Singaporean applicants only. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills. • Able to communicate effectively. • Responsible, reliable, and punctual. • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting. • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. • Able to carry loads of up to 10kg. • Able to climb ladders safely for stock replenishment. • Previous retail experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Supervisor – Fulfilment From Store (FFS)
Applicants should possess:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. • Relevant experience in retail operations, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supervisory positions is preferred. • Good leadership and people management skills. • Strong communication and organizational abilities. • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Basic computer knowledge. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Comfortable using smartphones and digital retail systems. • Able to carry loads of up to 20kg. • Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
