Job Opportunity: Full-Time Surgical Mask Packer
Location: Near Tampines MRT, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours
Employees will be assigned to one of the following shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift assignments are determined by operational requirements and may be rotated based on production schedules. Employees may also be required to perform overtime work during periods of increased production demand. All overtime work will be compensated according to company policy and Singapore employment regulations.
Salary and Compensation
Successful applicants can earn up to SGD 2,280 per month, which includes:
• Basic Monthly Salary
• Shift Allowance
• Performance Incentives
Employees may also receive overtime pay for approved additional working hours. Salary progression is available based on performance, attendance, work quality, productivity, and overall contribution to the company.

Position Overview
The Surgical Mask Packer is responsible for the final stage of the manufacturing process before products are distributed to customers.
This position plays an important role in ensuring every surgical mask meets company quality standards before packaging and shipment. Employees will inspect finished products, identify defects, pack products according to standard operating procedures, prepare cartons for distribution, and maintain a clean and organized production environment.
No previous working experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to all newly hired employees. This position is suitable for individuals seeking stable employment in Singapore’s healthcare manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Employees hired for this position will perform a variety of production and packaging duties, including but not limited to the following:
• Conduct detailed visual inspections of finished surgical masks.
• Identify damaged, contaminated, or defective products before packaging.
• Ensure every product complies with company quality standards.
• Separate defective products according to quality control procedures.
• Report product defects or abnormalities to supervisors immediately.
• Pack surgical masks into individual pouches, boxes, or cartons following established work instructions.
• Count products carefully to ensure accurate packaging quantities.
• Apply product labels accurately and verify printed information before sealing.
• Ensure all packaging materials are clean, undamaged, and suitable for use.
• Seal packages properly to protect products during storage and transportation.
• Prepare finished goods for transfer to the warehouse or logistics department.
• Maintain production records and packaging documentation accurately.
• Complete inspection reports and daily production checklists.
• Operate basic packing equipment after receiving appropriate training.
• Monitor packaging materials and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all cleanroom entry and exit procedures.
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly throughout working hours.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures at all times.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist production supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
• Cooperate with machine operators, technicians, quality inspectors, and other production staff.
• Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and safety meetings.
• Report workplace hazards, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management when operational requirements change.
Minimum Requirements

• Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
• No previous experience required.

Strict hygiene procedures are enforced to ensure all products remain free from contamination. Employees must wear company-issued protective clothing, including gowns, gloves, surgical masks, hairnets, and other required PPE.
Food, drinks, smoking materials, jewelry, and personal items are prohibited inside production areas.
