Position: Tea Barista (Bubble Tea)

Work Schedule: 5 Days per Week (Shift Work)
Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per Month

Job Responsibilities

As a Tea Barista, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the outlet while ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of bubble tea beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, professional service.
• Taking customer orders accurately and operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Processing cash and cashless payments efficiently.
• Maintaining the quality, consistency, and presentation of every drink served.
• Keeping the work area, equipment, and store clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Assisting with inventory replenishment and stock management when required.
• Recommending beverages and promotions to customers when appropriate.
• Handling customer inquiries and requests professionally.
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Following all company policies, food safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Full training will be provided.
