TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER

Location: Central Region, Singapore
Salary: $3,150–$3,500/month
Employment: Contract
Working Hours: 3 Shifts Starting From 7AM
Shift Allowance Available

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
• Maintain electrical panels, lighting and power systems
• Support HVAC, pumps, motors and electromechanical equipment
• Conduct facility inspections and maintenance
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
• Test fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
