Job Details

Position: Technician (Assembly / Tester)

Location: East Region, Singapore

Employment Type: Contract (1-Year Renewable)

Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week

Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / Electronics


Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to SGD $3,600 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
  • Night Shift Allowance: SGD $500 per month
  • 3rd Shift Allowance: SGD $800 per month

Available Shift Options

Day Shift
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Night Shift
4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $500 per month

3rd Shift
11:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $800 per month

Applicants may indicate their preferred shift, subject to operational requirements.


Assembly Technician Responsibilities

As an Assembly Technician, you will play an important role in the production and assembly of high-quality engineering equipment used by global customers.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment according to engineering specifications.
  • Read and understand assembly drawings, technical documents, work instructions, and basic electrical or mechanical diagrams.
  • Perform accurate measurements using precision measuring instruments.
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct functional checks and basic verification before products proceed to the next production stage.
  • Identify assembly issues and provide technical feedback for continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain proper documentation of completed work.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions at all times.
  • Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow technicians to support production goals.

Tester Responsibilities

As a Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet the highest quality and performance standards before delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform electrical and electro-mechanical testing on finished products.
  • Operate testing equipment, measuring devices, and diagnostic instruments.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and perform corrective actions.
  • Record test data accurately according to company procedures.
  • Verify that products comply with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Escalate technical issues whenever necessary.
  • Assist engineers with failure analysis and process improvements.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and testing records.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy technical work and are committed to delivering quality results.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • O Level
  • A Level
  • NITEC
  • Higher NITEC
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Or relevant hands-on technical working experience

Applicants with mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, manufacturing, automation, precision engineering, or production backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant industry experience will have an added advantage.
