TEMP RETAIL CREW – IMMEDIATE HIRING
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail team in Singapore as Temp Retail Crew. Position Details
Position: Temp Retail Crew

Contract Duration:
- Immediate commencement
- Minimum commitment of 2–3 months

Salary:
- SGD 2,100–2,200 per month
- Approximately SGD 12 per hour
- Salary is subject to the scheduled working hours and employment arrangement.
Work Locations
Vacancies are available across several retail outlets in Singapore, including:
- Orchard
- Central Singapore
- West Singapore
- East Singapore
Candidates may be assigned to an outlet based on operational requirements, manpower needs, and availability.
Working Schedule
- 4 to 5 working days each week
- Mandatory availability on both Saturdays and Sundays
- Retail operating hours with rostered shifts
- Each shift ranges from 4 to 8 hours
- Typical shift timings may include:
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly work schedules will be arranged by the Store Supervisor or Manager according to operational requirements.
Applicants should be flexible and willing to work during weekends and busy retail periods. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities
As a Temp Retail Crew member, you will play an important role in ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience while supporting the smooth daily operation of the store.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing product information
- Recommending suitable products based on customers’ needs
- Supporting the sales team in achieving daily operational goals
- Packing customer purchases carefully and efficiently
- Preparing orders for in-store collection
- Packing and processing online orders for delivery
- Assisting with stock replenishment throughout the day
- Arranging merchandise neatly on shelves and promotional displays
- Ensuring products are properly organised and attractively presented
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor
- Performing cashiering duties and handling payments when assigned
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock movements
- Supporting promotional events and seasonal sales campaigns
- Following company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Carrying out any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
