SINGAPORE JOB VACANCY – TROLLEY ASSISTANT (PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT)

Location: Changi Airport, Singapore

Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 per month, plus applicable night shift allowance, overtime pay, and a SGD 1,000 completion bonus upon successful completion of the required service period, subject to company terms and conditions.

Work Schedule

Permanent Night Shift

Working Hours: 10:20 PM – 6:40 AM

Work Schedule:

  • 5 working days per week
  • 2 rotational rest days

Employees may occasionally be required to work overtime depending on operational requirements, especially during peak travel seasons, major public holidays, or periods of increased passenger traffic.

Job Responsibilities

As a Trolley Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability and organization of luggage trolleys across different operational areas within Changi Airport.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collecting luggage trolleys from designated airport locations.
  • Retrieving abandoned or misplaced trolleys from passenger areas.
  • Returning collected trolleys to designated trolley stations.
  • Organizing and aligning trolleys according to airport operational standards.
  • Ensuring trolley stations remain fully stocked throughout each shift.
  • Monitoring trolley usage and redistributing trolleys to high-demand areas.
  • Conducting routine visual inspections to identify damaged or defective trolleys.
  • Reporting damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors for maintenance.
  • Keeping trolley storage areas neat, organized, and safe.
  • Assisting airport operations during busy passenger periods.
  • Ensuring that trolleys never obstruct passenger walkways, emergency exits, or operational routes.
  • Following instructions issued by supervisors and team leaders.
  • Complying with all airport operational procedures and workplace safety regulations.
