POSITION: VEG CUTTER

Salary: Up to $2,000/month
Working Schedule: 6 days per week

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Veg Cutter, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and ensuring that vegetables and ingredients are properly prepared before cooking and service.

Main duties include:

• Washing and cleaning fresh vegetables and ingredients
• Cutting and preparing vegetables according to kitchen requirements
• Sorting and portioning ingredients for daily operations
• Preparing ingredients for chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensuring vegetables are properly stored after preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the preparation area
• Cleaning and maintaining basic kitchen equipment and work areas
• Following proper food hygiene and safety procedures
• Assisting other kitchen team members when required
• Completing daily preparation tasks efficiently and on time
• Supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy periods

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporean, Singapore PR or LTVP holders only
• Physically fit and able to perform kitchen duties
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Hardworking and responsible
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Able to follow instructions and work well with other team members
• Good attitude towards work
• Previous experience in kitchen, food preparation or F&B is an advantage
