WAREHOUSE ADMIN – URGENT HIRING

Working Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week
Monthly Salary: SGD $1,800–$2,200
About the Role
As a Warehouse Admin, you will play an important role in supporting both warehouse operations and office administration. You will work closely with warehouse personnel, supervisors, logistics staff, and other departments to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include handling documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the movement of goods within the warehouse.
This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy organized work, are willing to learn, and are comfortable using a computer for daily administrative tasks. Full guidance and training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Reply to emails and communicate with customers, suppliers, transport partners, and internal departments.
- Perform accurate data entry using company systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Scan, print, photocopy, organize, and file important warehouse documents.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, receiving records, labels, and other administrative paperwork.
- Support warehouse operations by preparing and processing daily operational documents.
- Receive incoming cargo documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Label incoming shipments according to company procedures.
- Assist with checking shipment details against supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems for warehouse and administrative records.
- Update inventory records and operational information accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure documentation matches stock movement.
- Assist supervisors in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor document accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintain confidential company records and administrative files.
- Ensure all documents are properly archived for future reference.
- Support stock control and inventory documentation activities.
- Coordinate with logistics teams regarding shipment documentation.
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and warehouse administrative activities when required.
- Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Perform general administrative support duties for warehouse operations.
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements
- No previous working experience is required.
