We are currently hiring multiple Warehouse Assistants / Warehouse Packers to join our expanding logistics and warehouse operations team in the West of Singapore. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse and transport operations. Your responsibilities will include handling inventory, preparing goods for dispatch, monitoring shipment movements, coordinating with transport teams, and ensuring daily operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with supervisors, warehouse personnel, transport coordinators, drivers, vendors, and customers to maintain smooth warehouse operations while ensuring company service standards and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and label products according to operational requirements.
• Prepare customer orders accurately before dispatch.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quantity and quality are correct.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
• Organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform stock checking and inventory verification.
• Monitor shipment progress and delivery schedules.
• Ensure deliveries are completed within the required timeline.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors, transport coordinators, drivers, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor daily transport operations and support delivery performance.
• Update shipment status accurately in the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper communication during shift handovers.
• Escalate operational or service issues promptly whenever necessary.
• Support warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with manpower coverage during peak operational periods.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics duties assigned by supervisors.
• Ensure all products are handled carefully to minimize damage.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication while carrying out daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• No previous warehouse experience is required.
• Full training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.

• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
